We offer two expedition-grade shipping options:
  1. Expedited Trailblazer Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95 flat rate)
  2. Free Wilderness Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (free for orders $50+)
All orders undergo 1-2 days of careful inspection before shipping.
Do you ship worldwide?
We serve most global destinations, though some Asian and remote regions may not be covered. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1-2 business days. Delivery then depends on your chosen method:
  • Expedited: 10-15 business days
  • Free: 15-25 business days
Note: Peak adventure seasons may cause slight delays.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our gear! If any equipment doesn’t meet your wilderness standards:
  • You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return
  • Contact our adventure support team at [email protected]
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Expedited Trailblazer Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For Free Wilderness Shipping (EMS), tracking may be available depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel an order. We process orders quickly for fast delivery, so changes may not always be possible once processing begins.
