Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)

– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping (EMS)
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our alpine backpacks, camping gear, and outdoor equipment just like we stand behind every adventurer who trusts our products. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Some items may be excluded (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Biwak Sacks (due to hygiene concerns)
- Down Sleeping Bags (unless defective)
- Health & Safety items
- Gadgets & Gear with opened packaging

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item you want
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
